Brandon and Brandon came out took a look at the issue in my metal roof, checked out my whole roof found some minor things and took pictures and showed.me and asked if i wanted to look in to the repair and was very professional!

Very professional, communicated often and easy to get them on the phone, communicated very well with the solar panel company to coordinate removal and reinstall of my solar array, and the roof looks fabulous! Metal flashing was used in all of the valleys which is an upgrade from all other houses in the neighborhood. Nice gallery of photos taken during the roofing. It would have been nice to get a complete pictorial of the finished roof as it is impossible for me to get on the roof. Clean up was good but could have been a bit better. Roofers left a loose shingle on the roof which was kindly removed by the solar panel men. I had to power wash the patio, driveway and sidewalks to remove stubborn residual grit, etc. Now I have 25 years of annual inspections as part to the price.

During Beryl storm, my property had substantial tree debris including a tree size limb on the roof. I contacted Precision to evaluate condition of the roof. Abel and Aaron came promptly and very efficiently completed the request. They also removed additional limbs that were dangling and could’ve potentially caused damage after the fact. I really appreciate the attention and thoroughness completed in quick order. Kudos to Abel, Aaron and Precision!

Precision Roof Crafters did a great job on our roof inspection and repair. Daniel Miller was very courteous and pleasant and did not push a hard sell. Scheduling the actual repair work was a breeze with Said El Mawed, and the technician, David Bustos, who came out to do the work arrived ahead of schedule and did a great job. Super professional team from start to end. The installer this company had on my roof was a very experienced master craftsman. We had significant work done, ridge vents and mid roof vents (smart vents for intake) which they completed in a day and a half. Recommend to anyone.

Great attention to detail, communication and excellent quality work. Their people are wonderful - a joy to work with. The photos were really helpful and I appreciate the solutions the company came up with to properly repair our house. They did a wonderful job on the work and the result is awesome.

We just bought our first home, and from the inspection to getting the whole roof replaced we had such a positive experience with Precision Roof Crafters! Khaled, Shahab, and Chris were absolutely great. Khaled did an amazing job with the inspection and overseeing the whole project. He was very responsive, professional, and helpful. Shahab ensured everything the day of the install went smoothly, and was very easy to communicate with. Chris went above and beyond doing our skylight, and was a great guy to have around. He made what could have been a stressful process fun and relaxed. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! I would absolutely work with Precision again, but everything seems to be such high quality I don't think we'll have to any time soon :)

Called Precision for a roof replacement estimate and Khaled was who came out. He was very professional, easy to talk to, answered any question I asked, and very informative. Appreciate that Khaled physically looked on the roof (some roofers just use a drone), looked at the attic, and provided tons of photos. Received an estimate within the next hour or so after meeting.

I have used Precision Roofing before. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had good suggestions about venting and chimney improvements. I am coming back for additional work and will use them for my yearly inspection. Communication with the office staff was excellent as well.

He then explained in detail his findings and the available options to maintain the roof and to eventually replace the roof.

I want to thank Precision Roof Crafters for their effort, care, and professionalism in assessing the condition of the roof of a vacant home owned by our family. Although we got off to a rocky start, manager Jason Huff responded heroically to the situation and provided a thorough inspection report as well as several options for partial repair and full roof renovation. I know this involved late hours, meticulous communication, and adept problem solving on his part, and I am both grateful and impressed!

We discovered a minor leak and called the neighbors for recommendations. Precision Roof Crafters was one that got good marks. This company has their act together! I called, set an appointment for one of their specialists to inspect the roof. I received a confirming email with a picture of the person doing the inspection. He showed up ON TIME, conducted the inspection, took pictures for me, made his suggestions for repair and provided an initial estimate. I received a final repair quote a day later (it was the same as the initial estimate) and pulled the trigger on the repair. My inspector was present while repairs were made and went over the before/after pictures and the work performed. Can you find someone to perform work at a lower cost? Probably. Can you find a company that will do a better job? I doubt it. I’ve referred several times to our “inspector”, that’d be Chris Walsh. He’s a young man who knows his trade and is working hard to insure he leaves a trail of satisfied customers in his wake. Do I recommend Precision and Chris? Yes, 110%! Fast forward 3 years: A new roof leak has appeared (unrelated to the first one I reported above). I called Precision again and as before the inspector arrived on time to perform an initial inspection and they will be performing my repairs.

We felt in love with our beautiful slate roof ever since we bought this house which was built in 1980 over two years ago. We have noticed the roof seemed to miss a few pieces, and there might be leak somewhere (roof? Gutter?). Several companies were contacted and few felt comfortable repair this type of roof. Some just wanted to repair/replace the gutter for possible leak. Precision Roof Crafters sent representative Jon S. to evaluate the situation. Jon surveyed the entire roof plus attic to look for possible leak. He also examined the guitars and found them in reasonable shape. He was polite, professional and honest about things he didn't know. In turned out he had great support team back in the office, and every question was answered with detailed and logical explanation. Jon came back with his manager later for more detailed and focused photos for repair preparation He sent us the proposal as promised on a very timely manner. Each repair was documented with photos and explanation. The entire experience was first rate, and we are very happy for the result. We will always use Precision Roof Crafters from now on, and highly recommend this excellent company to anyone who needs roof work in the future.

I had roof damage from a Cat 1 hurricane. The damage caused the roof to leak in my home. In my opinion it was major!!! I called and was able to get someone to come and look within a few days. The communication before and after the job was great. They took photos before and after so that I was clear on what was damaged and what was replaced. Overall, I am pleased with the job.

Good company, they stood out to me ten years ago after dealing with several companies doing superficial repairs on an on-going problem I was having with my house in Houston. Precision managed to delve into root of the problem when they could have said I needed a new roof. Now I am faced with roof repairs on my "new" house, got a quote from roofer listed in local directory but my mind kept going back years ago remembering how Precision treated me and appreciated their honesty and good work. I couldn't remember their full name but did remember Precision, started searching online to see if they are still around and--they are! Called on a Friday, tech came on Monday, managed to crawl in very small attic, take photos, assess situation but due to heavy rain unable to get on roof. Next day another tech was sent out to inspect and photo roof. Quote received, discussed and following week my repairs were done. From my initial phone call to a friendly voice to Ramsey, Abel, David who worked as a team, they all seem to have it together, worked for the company for years. There was a smooth, efficient and coordinated system that stayed a step or two ahead of me, I suppose managed by Said. Good service is something I don't see much of anymore. It's refreshing, reassuring that there are still some companies out there that still aspire to professionalism and quality. I'm glad that I took the time to check to see if they are still around. Guess the better ones outlast the fly byes. I will recommend them to my friends and will use them again for any roofing needs.

Precision was a class act from start to finish. The receptionist that I spoke to was nice and took time to understand my project needs. The technicians who came to inspect the roof were friendly and thorough. They took the time to explain their findings and what would be done to resolve the issues. They shared video and pictures so I could see the issues myself. The technician who came to make the repairs was just as friendly and professional. I have used Precision Roof Crafters for a few years now. They are GREAT! Unlike anyone else that I know of they take pictures of the damage, give you copies and explain all the work they plan to do. Once the work is done they again take pictures and show you how it was repaired. They are responsive and polite. I strongly recommend them.
